I am a real master builder because I talk to many people who make estimates in my company’s research and work. This may become the readers digest on how to know the types of home concrete.
Regular Concrete
It is usually applied to a type of gravel or soil that is compacted. The surface is then finished with wood or prefabricated types. The reinforcement is generally installed at the base, which is usually steel reinforcement or wire mesh. The concrete is described at a desirable depth, which is created for the application. You can also define the concrete mix, which here in areas with harsh winters is usually a 4000 psi mix. The molded concrete is placed in a very similar way to concrete. In general, the individual steps are the same, except for the final stages. The concrete can be colored, which can be added to the mix.
It can also be colored with a hardener, but many manufacturers use an integrated color. After the bulls swim, the process changes with the molded concrete. Some builders go one step further and smooth the concrete to get smooth concrete. In our area, we use reinforced concrete with air due to the harsh winters, and we don’t want this to soften, so we usually make it as easy as possible with a magnesium buoy. Once the concrete has reached the desired hardness, it is sprayed with all kinds of rubber, e.g., seals. Some contractors will put the hardened paper into the concrete to fix it before another day when the concrete is washed and cleaned with a high gloss sealant, which is also a therapy for membrane formation.
Printed Concrete
Polished concrete uses various chemicals in existing concrete to change its structure and color into an elegant, smooth, non-destructive, protected, and environmentally friendly surface. It is considered a flexible solution that offers a wide range of applications. It can be used on existing and new concrete as well as on interior floors. It is generally used in apartments, such as in the garage, on the terrace, on boulevards, and indoors. In industrial buildings, polished concrete is often found in showrooms, stores, retail outlets, hospitals, hospitality facilities, and some urban landscapes.…
