Reservations are possible by filling out the simple and quick online form above. However please read the following information regarding the terms and conditions to successfully complete a reservations at Phat Wakes Wakeboarding School. |

All online reservation submissions are sent to Phat Wakes Staff for review. |
|
|
|
Confirmation of reservations will be sent to you as soon as possible. Reservations are not completed until you receive your confirmation by phone or email to confirm your date and time. |
|
|
|
Reservations are also possible by phoning the Phat Wakes Office at (705) 429-9991. However it is possible that our staff will be on the docks teaching so if you do not make contact please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible. Requesting a reservation through a phone message during the day or after hours, must also receive confirmation from the Phat Wakes Staff to complete the reservation. |

What about bad weather? |
|
Cancellations are accepted during extreme weather conditions. However bad weather usually would only consist of mainly rain, thunder or lightning. Thankfully wind is not usually a deterrent as the river is sheltered from Georgian Bay and during the mid-week there is not a lot of boat traffic up-river. However if the wind is high on a summer weekend and there happens to be a lot of boat traffic in the river due to large waves in the Bay, it is possible we would be forced to cancel as we are not able to operate safely. |

Deposits: |

To fully complete the reservations process, credit card information and 50% non-refundable deposits are required. Non-refundable meaning that under normal circumstances we will need one (1) week notice for all regular reservations and two (2) weeks notice for Kids Wakeboarding Camps. This notice is extremely important for us to be able to properly re-book the schedule due to your cancellation. |

Deposits of 50% are due upon confirmation of your reservation when contacted by Phat Wakes Staff. Balance plus GST Tax on the full amount applicable will be due before the booked activity. Phat Wakes accepts Visa deposits over the phone directly to staff, or cash deposits when booking your reservations at the Phat Wakes Location. Location, 15 Willow Street, Beach Area 1. Wasaga Beach.
